ABOUT COLETTE

I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and having experienced the power of yoga in my own life I was driven to learn as much as I could, so I could pass on this amazing technique to others. I’d enter a class with the woes of the world and leave uplifted, inspired,  in short – sustained. All this from moving about and breathing! And what a journey it continues to be. I am certified by The Yoga Academy (BWY-accredited, RYs 500 with Yoga Alliance US and Yoga Alliance UK).

My approach to yoga is to use the practice as an anchor to develop mindfulness, in an ever more fragmented world, helping you stay connected to your true self so you can skilfully navigate life’s changes. My focus is on hatha and restorative yoga and my classes offer a safe and gentle practice of asana (postures), pranayama. (breathing) and mantra (positive affirmation).

Individual sessions allow for a more tailored approach to address specific needs and are particularly useful for beginners on the yoga path.
